Conceived to be India’s largest Transit Oriented Development (TOD), Seawoods Grand Central is staged to be an epicenter of a vibrant city of Navi Mumbai. 

Careful site analysis informed lighting strategies that enhanced wayfinding, safety, branding, and the overall mall experience. A hierarchy of illumination, from low-level perimeter lighting to higher intensity interiors, guides movement and draws people inward. Most lighting was concealed for timeless character, with select decorative accents. Corridor undersides were illuminated to reduce daylight contrast and elevate perceived height, achieved through internally lit coffers designed in harmonious patterns while accommodating ceiling constraints.
