Architects with powerful visionary abilities realized exciting potential in a dilapidated industrial building. They met a client with strong desired aesthetic preferences who needed a modern inventive office space. Lighting Ergonomics was engaged to provide coordinated lighting emphasis with the sophisticated interior design.
Substantial amounts of glazing and skylights provided an abundance of daylighting which needed to be carefully balanced with the electric lighting. Concealed indirect lighting was provided in the open office areas with individually controlled task lighting. Perimeter office and meeting room daylit spaces were augmented with decorative pendants and directional lighting. This project received an IES Illumination Award.
